Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped on the 9th of each month. Then they will be shipped on the announced date. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USPS delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.

Chalk to Pens is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The purchaser is responsible for entering correct shipping information.  The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. 

Dragonfly Love Creations cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.

If the shipping company shows the packaged as delivered, then it will be assumed that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
